How to handle abnormal loader drive?

The driving problem of small loaders is one of the common issues encountered by many drivers. The common problem of abnormal loading drive is that the first gear drive operates normally, and even reverse gear is normal in most situations, but the second gear cannot be driven, which is commonly referred to as the inability to upshift. So what is the reason for this situation and how should it be resolved.

The shift lever in the driver's cabin controls the gear, so the first thing to check is whether the shift lever (i.e. shift lever) is in place. If it is not in place, it should be readjusted. Then check if the transmission pressure gauge reduces pressure in the second gear position. If the pressure is reduced, please make sure to check if there is pressure oil around the outer edge of the transmission 8-end cover. If there is a leak in the second-hand five ton loader, the surrounding bolts can be tightened.

If the above methods still cannot eliminate the fault, the 8-type end cover must be removed, and the O-ring and paper gasket must be replaced. Assuming there is no pressure oil overflow at this time, it is confirmed that there is a problem with the second gear component in the gearbox and it must be removed. Firstly, check if the oil seal outside the second gear is damaged, then disassemble the second gear components, remove the piston, and inspect if the piston ring, oil seal ring, and friction plate are damaged. Finally, check if the guide pin inside the second gear oil cylinder has come off. If the guide pin falls off, the second gear pressure oil will flow out from here, causing a decrease in second gear pressure and making it impossible to drive. For the cause of pressure reduction, replace the seals or repair or replace the components.

If none of the above methods can solve this problem, it is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the small loader to identify the issue and prevent problems during operation.
