The correct operation method for loader flexibility can be summarized as follows: one light, two stable, three separated, four diligent, five cooperative, and six strictly prohibited.
One light: When the loader is working, press the heel on the floor of the cab, keep the foot plate parallel to the accelerator pedal, and gently step on the accelerator pedal.
Two stability: When the loader is working, the accelerator should always be stable. Under normal operating conditions, the throttle opening should be around 70%.
Three Separations: When the loader is working, the foot plate should be separated from the brake pedal and placed flat on the floor of the cab. Do not step on the brake pedal. Loader usually works on uneven construction sites. If the foot is always on the brake pedal, the vehicle will move up and down, which can cause the driver to accidentally step on the brake pedal. Under normal circumstances, the second-hand small shovel loader uses the method of controlling throttle deceleration to control engine condition and gear shifting. This not only avoids overheating of the braking system caused by frequent braking, but also brings convenience to the rapid acceleration of the loader.
Four Diligence: When the loader is working, especially when the electric shovel is working, the bucket should be filled with material by cyclically pulling the lifting and bucket control levers when the accelerator is stable. The cyclic pulling of the lifting rod and bucket rod is called "diligence". This process is very important and has a significant impact on fuel consumption.
Five coordination: Coordination is the organic coordination between the lifting and bucket control levers. The general excavation process of a loader begins with placing the bucket flat on the ground and smoothly pushing it towards the material pile. When the bucket encounters resistance while parallel shoveling the material pile, the principle of lifting the arm first and then closing the bucket should be followed. This can effectively avoid resistance at the bottom of the bucket, thus allowing for full utilization of greater breakthrough force.
Six prohibitions: Firstly, tire slippage is strictly prohibited. When the loader is working, the tires will slip when the accelerator hits the resistance. This phenomenon is usually caused by improper driver operation, which not only increases fuel consumption but also damages the tires. Secondly, it is strictly prohibited to tilt the rear wheels.
Due to the high breakthrough power of loaders, drivers of small loaders at Jingong are usually involved in the process of shoveling soil and rocky mountains. If operated improperly, the two rear wheels are prone to detach from the ground. The landing inertia of the lifting action will cause the blades of the bucket to break and the bucket to deform; When the rear wheels are raised very high, it is easy to cause cracks in the front and rear frame welds, and even steel plate fractures. Thirdly, it is strictly prohibited to crack down on inventory. When shoveling ordinary materials, the loader can operate in gear II, and it is strictly prohibited to perform inertial impact on the material pile above gear II. The correct method is to switch the gear to I in a timely manner when the bucket approaches the material pile, completing the soil shoveling process.
