Loader manufacturer shares summer high temperature safe use protection technology!

(1) To ensure the efficiency of the cooling system of the second-hand small shovel loader, all components of the cooling system should be thoroughly cleaned, tightened, and lubricated before entering summer, and the scale of the cooling system (including scale in the radiator) should be cleaned as much as possible to improve heat dissipation efficiency, keep the cooling system unobstructed, and accelerate the circulation of cooling water.

(2) Check the transmission belt of the water pump fan. After long-term use, the belt will become tired and deformed, reducing the cooling effect. When replacing the belt, pay attention to the model and length, and adjust its tightness correctly.

(3) Check the water tank connection hose. The water tank hose has poor oil resistance and is prone to damage in the early stages, which affects the water flow and leads to an increase in engine temperature. Check for cracks and water seepage, and promptly remove them. Meanwhile, maintain sufficient cooling water and promptly add defects.

(4) To ensure the correct use of the entire machine, attention should always be paid to the reading value of the water temperature gauge, and the above measures must be taken when reaching 90 °. You can choose to park in the nearest shady place and wait for the speed of the Jingong small loader to decrease the temperature. Be careful not to immediately cease fire to prevent accidents such as cylinder pulling caused by engine overheating. After the temperature drops, the tension condition of the fan belt should also be checked.

(5) Before summer, purposeful performance checks should be conducted on all components of the intake system to ensure accurate markings on the oil pressure gauge and transmission pressure gauge. Perform a systematic inspection of the oil in the transmission, gearbox, and driver, from the quality to quantity of the oil, and maintain the cleanliness of the oil.

(6) During summer driving, the number of tire layers for small loaders is mostly around 14. Compared with large tires, heat transfer is faster, which can easily cause tire overheating, increase internal pressure, promote the decline of tire rubber physical properties, and lead to tire blowouts. If tire pressure or temperature is found to be too high, the car should be parked in a cool place to cool down before continuing to drive. It is not allowed to use exhaust method to reduce tire pressure, nor is it allowed to use cold water to heat tires.

(7) Regularly check the braking efficiency of the entire machine, in order to detect and clear any faults in the braking system early and reduce the risk of accidents. Long braking time can cause high temperatures in the brake wheel hub and brake pads, resulting in reduced braking performance. Immediate parking and cooling should be carried out to avoid potential safety hazards to the overall operation of the vehicle. But it is absolutely not allowed to use cold water to pour the brake to forcibly reduce temperature.

(8) Ensure the electrolyte level height of the battery; In summer, the temperature is high, the evaporation is large, and the liquid level drops rapidly. Steam or electrolyte should be replenished in a timely manner as needed (paying attention to purity), so that the liquid level is 1015mm higher than the top of the electrode to prevent oxidation of the electrode. The dirt on the surface of the battery, as well as the oxides in the pole posts and connectors, should be promptly disposed of. The ventilation port should be kept unobstructed and cleaned, and the battery should be firmly fixed. Timely eliminate battery faults, achieve timely maintenance and upkeep.
