Attention to unloading operation of small loaders

When loading a small dump truck, the driver can only start unloading when the articulated pin of the bucket is higher than the height of the dump truck. If the loader and dump truck are loaded at a vertical angle, there will be no scattering or unbalanced load. So, it can maximize the efficiency of loading operations.

When loading large rocks, try to lower the bucket height as much as possible. This can reduce the impact on small loaders. Firstly, loading small rocks and gravel onto the dump truck can also reduce the impact of large rocks on the dump truck.

The basic principle of loading: Load the stones into the center of the dump truck hopper. During the loading operation, turn on the transmission disconnect switch and press the brake pedal. This allows all the output of the engine to be used for hydraulic power and accelerates the loading process.

Starting from the front of the dump truck bucket, when loading the dump truck bucket, the first bucket is first loaded onto the front of the vehicle and then shoveled backwards. When only large stones are loaded, it is difficult to change their position once they are loaded. Pay special attention to whether the load is stable and whether the dump truck bucket is overloaded.
