The hydraulic system of the loader adopts a steering priority mode, where the pressure oil output from the steering pump merges with the pressure oil output from the working pump to supply oil to the working device. The working pump only bears the load when the working device is in motion, while the steering pump not only bears the load when the working device is in motion, but also when turning. Therefore, the working time of the steering pump is relatively long and the wear is significant. This is one of the important factors causing instrument panel shaking and even cab shaking in small loaders.
Under the joint action of the priority valve body, valve core, pressure regulating spring, and pressure oil, the opening and closing of the EF port of a small loader change with a certain frequency, resulting in a certain frequency of vibration. Due to the vibration being close to the natural frequency of the instrument panel and cab, resonance occurred in the instrument panel and cab. This is also a common cause of shaking.
