The reason why the loader is too busy shifting gears at both ends and cannot move

When the loader is busy in either gear and does not move or moves slowly, the main drive shaft rotates quickly and forcefully. When the engine speed is increased, the increase in main drive shaft speed is significantly disproportionate to the front and rear drive shafts.

Reason: Severe wear of bearing cover or nylon ring; If the bearing cover or nylon ring is in good condition or slightly worn, it is confirmed that the sealing of the inner and outer sealing rings of the clutch is poor.

Solution: Replace the corresponding damaged parts, such as the bearing cover or nylon ring, inner and outer sealing rings, and readjust the gap between the shaft sleeve and the bearing cover; If a certain gear is unable to move or cannot move when shifting, it can be ruled out that there are problems with the common oil circuits and components of the torque converter, travel pump, pressure reducing valve, etc. The fault can only occur in the oil circuit between the transmission control valve and the clutch piston of that gear. After the wear of weak components such as bearing covers, nylon rings, and inner and outer sealing rings, a large amount of oil supplied to the clutch piston chamber leaks from the worn parts, resulting in a decrease in oil pressure. When both ends are busy shifting to neutral or other gears, the oil pressure display is normal because the oil does not flow through the worn parts.

After the diesel is transported to the refueling position, the two ends should be stopped quickly, and the escorts should remove the diesel. During the transportation process, the diesel should be handled gently and collisions are strictly prohibited; Keep both ends busy in a well ventilated chamber with fire-fighting equipment before refueling.

During refueling, security personnel and tile inspectors at the work site must be present and conduct safety checks on the on-site environment. Guide with a hose to prevent diesel spillage, and immediately close the fuel tank valve after completion. If diesel spills during refueling, water is needed to flush the oil stains on the ground. The remaining diesel should not be stored underground and should be immediately taken out of the well. Busy at both ends, it is inevitable to encounter situations of insufficient fuel during use. When refueling, there are also many issues to pay attention to.
