On Several Bad Operations of Loader Drivers

1. As soon as the loader starts, the accelerator hits hard. The sudden acceleration of the accelerator when the loader is just started can cause strong collisions between the piston, crankshaft, and crankshaft, accelerating the damage of the components. Diesel engines equipped with turbochargers may damage oil seals and reduce engine power due to poor lubrication.

Correct operation: After starting the loader, do not press the accelerator pedal during low-speed stable operation (about 500-700 r/min).

2. The loader operates directly without running the heater after starting. The sports accessory cannot receive good lubrication, and the damage worsens. Under heavy loads, accidents such as cylinder pulling and tile holding may even occur. In winter, hydraulic hoses are brittle and easily burst when working directly, which can cause a large amount of hydraulic oil leakage in second-hand five ton loaders.

Correct operation: After starting the loader, it should idle to increase temperature and test run each mechanism until the oil temperature and pressure reach normal before it can work.

3. Directly supplement cooling water when the loader is working. Directly replenishing cooling water to a loader diesel engine at high temperatures can cause the cylinder head, cylinder liner, and cylinder block to instantly crack, resulting in micro cracks and gradual leakage of cooling water, leading to oil and gas leaks.

Correct operation: When the temperature of the loader diesel engine is too high, it should be fully loaded at a slightly higher speed. Wait for the water temperature to drop to around 50 ℃ before stopping the engine. Release the radiator cap, discharge water vapor, and slowly inject cooling water.

4. The loader runs at idle for a long time Long term idle operation of oil pump, piston, and cylinder liner can easily cause cylinder and piston ring blockage. In addition, long-term idle operation can lead to increased ignition delay, severe carbon deposition, and rough work.

Correct operation: Stop the engine immediately when the five ton loader is not in use. The loader cannot idle for a long time and needs to follow the operating procedures for idle operation. The idle time is usually around 10 minutes.
